The Tasting

A highlight of the Forum was the tasting of over 60 of the world's best Biodynamic wines - providing participants a rare opportunity to experience first hand the heights of excellence that are possible with Biodynamics.

The Wines

The wines came from producers in France, Spain, Germany, Italy, New Zealand, Australia and the USA. To view a list of the wines shown at the tasting please click here.

The tasting was followed by a grand dinner created by Andrew McConnell, Young Chef of the Year 2001 using the finest Biodynamic produce from regional Australia.

The Guest Chef

Delegates were treated to superb food throughout the 3 days at the capable hands of one of Australia's Premier Chefs, Andrew McConnell, currently executive Chef at Melbourne's Circa and operator of Mrs Jones, Carlton, Melbourne. With a passion for the freshest seasonal produce, McConnel's food and wine matching ability once again shone.
